The Northstars Band Parents organization was established to support and promote the instrumental music co-curricular programs of the Junior and Senior high bands and its auxiliary units, as an integral part of the education of young people, and to embrace a philosophy of commitment, discipline, unselfishness, pride, and dignity.
The Northstars Band Parents, Inc. is an incorporated not-for-profit, tax exempt organization. The Booster organization is comprised of parents of current band members, parents of past band members, alumni, and other interested members of the community.
The CNS Band Parents organization is always looking for people interested in volunteering. It takes a large numberof volunteers to support the marching band program and help to make it successful. Depending on your interest, we need volunteers to help with pit crew/equipment, uniforms, flags, prop construction, home show (Starburst), dome concessions, weekly chaperones, competition day meals, etc.
